Workplace Conflict is Inevitable. War is Not!
Mimi Hull, Ph.D.
President, Hull & Associates
Workplace conflict is difficult. People take things personally and feelings get hurt. As a result, we either try to avoid conflict or we handle it poorly and that results in things festering, huge stress, poor production and increased conflict.
Dr. Mimi Hull, a workplace psychologist, will show you that it doesn’t have to be that way. In this upbeat program, she will explore misunderstandings and share some necessary steps you can take to get people to work better together.
