Leadership Orlando 2.0 – The Impact Project (Team I) cemented its legacy by creating a foresight-fueled Impact on Social Mobility agenda. The agenda aligns with a model for broad-based prosperity™ and calls for leaders to look at these challenges through a new lens.

One of those challenges is the unemployment and underemployment of Americans with criminal records. Pioneering business leaders around the country have developed successful and profitable “second chance” hiring models for those with criminal records that benefit companies and communities.

Leadership Orlando invites you to learn more about this topic and spend 60 minutes with Jeff Korzenik, managing director and chief investment strategist at Fifth Third Bank. Jeff is a leading expert on private sector models of the re-employment of ex-offenders. His book on the business case and best practices for second chance hiring will be published by Harper Collins in early 2020. He will share his research and the lessons, successes and challenges of second chance employers.
