The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the Gill Foundation recently released new research to help businesses foster LGBT-inclusive workplace policies and culture.
On the heels of this research, the Orlando Regional Chamber is proud to partner with the Chamber Foundation for the upcoming regional inclusion forum. We hope you can join us to hear first-hand about this research and learn how to build inclusive cultures inside and outside your organizations.
Inclusion Incorporated is a first-of-its-kind research and education initiative established to demonstrate the corporate and community value of LGBT-inclusive workplaces. At the forum, the Chamber Foundation will also present its initial research on how to implement inclusive policies—documenting the benefits that a company experiences in its culture when it pursues LGBT-supportive policies.
