A Sign That Construction is Starting
Installation of Advanced Warning Signs Begins

Orange signs may be popping up in a neighborhood near you soon. Crews from Bob's Barricades — the largest privately owned barricade company in the country — began installing advanced warning signs on Thursday, March 5. These signs will help alert motorists when they are entering the work zone.

SGL Constructors, the contractor responsible for building a better I-4, is required to install these signs on roads that lead to the I-4 Ultimate project limits. From Kirkman Road in Orange County to State Road 434 in Seminole County, more than 1,000 signs are scheduled for installation.

"We have six crews from Bob's Barricades working to install advanced warning signs," said David Feise, Project Maintenance of Traffic Manager. "In addition to helping the team establish its work zones, these signs are just one more indication that construction is about to begin."

Be on the lookout for these advanced warning signs, and stay alert as you enter the work zone. For more information on construction activities, be sure to check http://i4ultimate.com/construction-info/ often.
