49 Portraits Project
The City of Orlando's Public Arts exhibition, The 49 Portraits Project, was born as a way to respond in a meaningful, respectful and loving way to the tragic events at the LGBTQ Pulse nightclub on June 12, 2016. The 49 Portraits Project in the Terrace Gallery at Orlando City Hall, features the work of 49 artists from across the country who created portraits to honor the innocent victims and give as gifts to their families.

Leadership Orlando Class 93 – Space & Sea Ports
For our Space & Sea Ports Session, we will travel to Brevard County for a briefing and tour of Port Canaveral with its multi-million dollar expansion plans as well as a unique harbor tour – from the water, followed by a briefing on plans for the commercialization of the NASA-John F. Kennedy Space Center (KSC) and a visit to the Space Shuttle Atlantis exhibit.

Central Florida Young Professionals Advisory Council
Capitalizing on the momentum of the growing regional, state and national issues, YPAC is engaging the advice and counsel of young professionals in matters of consequence to our family of communities, especially when it comes to key community issues, which will help us better frame the public policy debate across the Central Florida Region. Business Leadership Roundtable
On June 12, 2016, the deadliest mass shooting in American history took place at the Pulse Nightclub, unfolding just blocks from Central Florida’s only Level One Trauma Center at Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC), part of the Orlando Health system. Orlando Health’s response provides important lessons on responding to mass trauma events. ORMC’s president Mark Jones, and Dr. Michael Cheatham, chief surgical quality officer, will share an update on Orlando Health and leadership lessons learned post Pulse.
