Young Professional Advisory Council

About YPAC

Supporting the Orlando Regional Chamber’s pillar of talent development, YPAC’s mission is to provide Central Florida’s millennial generation with strategic tools, tactics and knowledge to prepare them for their future of work and leadership. YPAC provides employers the opportunity to immerse rising young employees in professional development programming designed to support regional efforts to attract and retain today’s top talent.

At bi-monthly meetings, members participate in a series of workshops, conversations and opportunities to learn best practices to address the changes and challenges facing our society and workforce now and into the future.

YPAC brings together an inclusive and diverse group of high-performing young professionals under the age of 39 for professional development, networking opportunities and access to key community leaders.

  • Orlando Economic Partnership investors receive complimentary membership seats depending on investor level; additional seats can be purchases for a $250 annual membership fee.

Mentorship Opportunities with iGRO

In 2017, a volunteer committee comprised of members of YPAC launched iGRO, a two-month program designed to retain our business community’s summer interns and new hires by showcasing why Orlando is an ideal place to live, work and play. Members of YPAC can volunteer on the iGRO committee and/or as a volunteer mentor to a 2020 iGRO participant.
