iGRO - attract. cultivate. retain.

The Orlando Regional Chamber understands the importance of attracting, cultivating and retaining talent in Central Florida. In 2017, a volunteer committee comprised of members of our YP: NEXT program, launched iGRO, a two-month program designed to retain our business community’s summer interns and new hires through showcasing the other half of Orlando.

“Being a part of iGRO has enabled me to explore the city I have always loved and see a more holistic view of it, from both a recreational and professional perspective. I have thoroughly enjoyed the informative events we have participated in, especially the panel with Mayor Dyer, Orlando City Soccer games, social activities and so much more.”

–Sarah Zets, 2018 iGRO Intern Participant and now full-time hire in Orlando, Fla.
